The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is the agency for international cooperation of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) of Switzerland. The SDC is responsible for the overall coordination with other federal authorities of development and cooperation with Eastern Europe as well as for humanitarian aid delivered by the Swiss Confederation.

With the mission “to develop regional cooperation and peace through concrete actions in the water sphere”, SUEN and SDC collaborates in the Blue Peace in the Middle East initiative. As project partners, SDC and SUEN co-fund the activities implemented under the initiative.
