The 4th Turkey - Iran Forum was jointly organized by TASAM and IPIS (Institute for Political and International Studies) between 5-6 November 2018 in the city of Tabriz in Iran. Under the main theme, “New Economy Ecosystem and Strategic Sectors”, the Forum was held with the aim to take steps towards financial and sectoral deepening on the basis of "high competition - high cooperation" and to support the political and strategic will. Dr. Tuğba Evrim MADEN from SUEN gave a speech titled “Water Diplomacy in the Middle East”.
