A delegation of six officials representing the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry consisting of Turkish Water Institute (SUEN), General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works and General Directorate of Water Management attended the 2nd Baghdad International Water Conference held on 5-7 March 2022 by the Iraqi Ministry of Water Resources in the capital of Iraq, Baghdad.

The delegation headed by SUEN Policy Development Coordinator Dr. Tuğba Evrim Maden made a field visit to Hindiya Dam (Barrage) with the Iraqi Minister of Water Resources, H.E. Mahdi Rashid Al-Hamdani after participating in the thematic sessions held in the first two days.
